There was a day when Coffee was not such an integral part of our lives. But times change, don’t they?
Now we have coffee at home, on the way to work or school (yes, even students are part of the new coffee society), at work… well, you know what I mean.
November 2 is the first day of The Coffee Niche.
I am sitting at my computer, coffee by my side, ready to create a brainchild of mine – the coffee niche.
We will explore all aspects of the coffee craze that is sweeping our society. At this point there are coffee shops all over the place. They are as prolific as gas stations in some areas.
There is also a trend toward better coffee in the home. The recent boom in single cup coffee brewers is amazing. Who woulda thunk it? We are a crazy people, crazed with the intake of caffeine and non-caffeine alike, as no other generation in the past.
So, sit back, get a cup-a-Joe, and enjoy. Feel free to offer your input at any time. Just know that it may take an hour or a day to find its way on to the web site.
